Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and power adapters are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting fixtures, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
